Free retouching test
Pixelskalpell.com offers a free trial for two images for new customers. Authorization must be proven by reference to a company website and the email address of an official company domain. Also note that we may decline to process your trial if it will take more than two hours, such as logo design, image restoration, complex vector conversion, high-end retouching, etc. You must also provide the address of your product website and fill out the free trial form. This is mandatory. Pixelskalpell.com also reserves the right to refuse test work if we do not receive enough contact information. Personal image editing is not covered by the free trial offer. In this case, you can send us a quote request instead.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, bank transfer and all major credit cards supported by PayPal. Customers who have reached an order volume of 150 €/USD/CHF/GBP have the option to pay monthly on account. The invoice is due within 8 days.
Refunds
We will only refund orders for undelivered projects. Delayed orders due to force majeure such as power outages, network failures or other technical problems are not covered.
Quality guarantee
Pixelskalpell.com strives to provide services of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the results, we will make reasonable corrections and changes at no additional cost. Pixelskalpell.com reserves the right not to make changes if the error is due to poor customer communication. Changes made as part of our quality guarantee remain unaffected by Pixelskalpell.com.
File storage policy
We keep backup copies of the old Done / Raw files for two months. After two months, our backup server automatically deletes the old files. If a customer needs their image files, they must notify us within these two months. Only then can we upload these image files again.
Use of your image
Pixelskalpell.com reserves the right to use free test images for its own promotional purposes, i.e. publication on the website as a sample without the owner’s permission. However, you can simply stop using your test images by sending an email to info@pixelskalpell.com. We can also ask for your permission to use your regular photos on our website as a work sample. But that is entirely up to you whether you give us permission or not.
