Real client orders start flowing in. Monthly consolidated payout via Wise, no invoicing required from your side.

What applicants typically want to know.
What skills are you looking for?
Primarily clipping path, image retouching, ghost mannequin and color correction for e-commerce product photography. Photoshop fluency expected. Bonus: experience with batch processing and color profiles.
Do I need my own studio?
No. Solo freelancers are fully welcome. We have partners working from home offices and partners running small 3–10 person studios. Both models work.
What rates do you pay?
Standard clipping path starts at 0.20€/image, scaling up by complexity. Retouching and ghost mannequin are priced individually based on the brief. All rates agreed in writing before any work starts.
How and when do you pay?
Monthly Wise transfer for the previous month, between 1st and 5th of the new month. We issue self-billed payout statements — no invoicing required from your side.
Is there a minimum volume?
No minimum on your side. We do not penalize slow weeks. We do expect you to honor the weekly capacity you commit to — reliability matters more than volume.
Will I see the end clients?
No. All client communication runs through our Sofia QC team. You receive structured technical briefs — never raw client emails or complaints. This is by design.
Can I work for other clients too?
Yes. We are not exclusive. We only ask that PixelSkalpell jobs you accept get delivered on time. What you do outside of that is your own business.
What software do you require?
Adobe Photoshop is the baseline. Imagick/automation experience is a plus but not required. Our worker portal handles all file transfer — no FTP, no email attachments.
How is quality measured?
Our Sofia QC team reviews every batch before delivery to clients. You receive structured feedback when revisions are needed, with annotated screenshots. We track first-pass acceptance rate over time.
What happens if I want to stop?
No notice period, no penalty. Finish your accepted jobs, settle the final payout, done. We hope you stay — but we do not lock anyone in.
